Zina explained 

All these characteristics are consequences of Zina. 

Zina is rated Major sin by Allah. Major sins deserves major punishment which is hell, except the offender Repents or serve the punishment in this life. 

Allah mentions that Zina , shirk, and homicide are the most grievous sins that a person should stay away from. Allah says that the committers of these sins earn for themselves multiple sever punishments on the Day of Judgment.
“And those the servants of the Most Merciful, who never invoke any deity with Allah, nor kill the soul that Allah sanctified- except by right, nor commit Zina. And whoever should commit any of that will meet a full penalty. Multiplied for him is the punishment on the Day of Resurrection and he will abide therein humiliated.” [Al-Furqan 25:68-69]

The Prophet (Pbuh) says in a Hadith reported by Imam al-Bukhari and Muslim:

“When the fornicator is committing fornication, he is not a Believer.”

Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim said:

“Fornication and adultery combine all evils; weakness in commitment to the religion, lack of piety, corruption of manhood and the decrease of praiseworthy jealousy. You will never find an adulterer or fornicator who is pious, fulfils his promises, is truthful in his speech, maintains friendship or has jealousy (kishi) over his wife; he will be characterised by lies, deception, betrayal, accepting prohibitions and not being mindful of Allah.”

It was narrated that Asma’ (may Allaah be pleased with her) said: 

I saw Zayd ibn ‘Amr as an old man, leaning back against the Ka’bah and saying: Woe to you, O Quraysh, beware of zina for it leads to poverty.

My Dear respected Brothers and Sisters! There are also other consequences such as:

1) Poverty
2) Darkness on the face (of the one who commits Zinaa)
3) Leads to other sins
4) Loss of Eemaan (from the heart)
5) Weakness in religion
6) The anger and displeasure of Allaah befalls them
7) Constriction of their chests/hearts
8) Reduced good deeds on the Day of Qiyaamah
9) Spread of lethal diseases
10) Disintegration of families/community
11) They will become lonely and alone
